Originally trained as a chemical and biomedical engineer, Kathy spent most of her career in the biotechnology industry.  Her focus has been supporting and leading the development of manufacturing processes and analytical test methods; defining product quality; and establishing supply chains for biological and gene therapy products.  As an entrepreneur and owner of her own consulting company, Kathy mentors the student leadership team and generally manages competition planning.

Leads large scale technology transformations at AT&T for software development, technical architecture, and new product launches.  He executes programs from start to finish including: problem and business value alignment, requirement analysis, solution design, system architecture, rapid prototyping, development, and troubleshooting.  Currently Steve is working closely with our business team on team planning, outreach, marketing, communication and website development. 

Tim Leach is the Director of Engineering at Glosten, Inc., a Marine Consulting firm in Seattle. In addition to his role as Director of Engineering, he acts as the lead on projects including new ship designs and large and small modifications to existing vessels. For Chill Out, Tim works with the design and build teams to help develop the robot.
