Food 

• We know that cash is not accepted on property. 

• We will arrange lunch for everyone attending. Lunch forms have already been submitted.

• Breakfast: Unaccompanied students and those in the reserved block of rooms, it's included. If you reserved on your own, it's based on the rate you chose.  

• Dinner will be on your own, however we may try to coordinate eating together when possible. Unaccompanied students will eat with their chaperone. 

Lodging

• We will be staying as a team at Houston Marriott South Hobby Airport through Saturday night. 

• For those leaving Monday we will plan to move to a hotel closer to the airport for Sunday night. TBD.  

• We will leave for the event and return back AS A GROUP. Everyone who wants seats needs to be there to save them. 

Travel

• Those traveling with family should already have their plans/tickets. 

• Those traveling unaccompanied and who have paid, tickets will be purchased ASAP. 

• The unaccompanied team is traveling Tuesday 4/16 and returning Monday 4/22. 

Other

• Worlds is like nothing else! Over 600 teams and thousands of people, it combines FLL, FTC, and FRC across the world! There are workshops, too. 

• There are 8 divisions. We compete within that division, and the winners advance to the playoffs. The winner of the "Einstein" division/playoffs is the final winner of the Championship!

• Badge access is required for EVERYONE including spectators.
